How many of you eat on proper time? personally i could get myself eat on time. In the morning sometimes i eat my breakfast at 11am because i wake up late. I eat lunch at 2pm and my supper also very late. Sounds not really good....

pujarani Its not at all so hard. I eat my breakfast by 10am. I eat a light lunch and a very light supper. In between I drink a lot of water. At the same time i have started doing Yoga which is helping me like anything

pujarani I can underatand how irritated it would be. Try doing Yoga( Pranayams) and meditation. It would surely help. You can get Video CDs in the market . Pranayam helps to keep you body system as it should be.... Try it out...It might help you...Take Care

pujarani I try my best to keep my home clean. I do it myself. We are only two of us , myself and my husband. so its not hard to keep the place clean.I do the cleaning regularly. I don't know how i am going to manage when I have kids
