De-stressing

How do you de-stress yourself, relax and refocus when the stresses of your life are getting too intense and you just need a break? I usually take a walk and clear my head. What's your remedy for dealing with stress?

rave700 ..we've got the same remedy for that..just walk, focus on the things around me...and after a few minutes i'm doing fine already...but sometimes i also try listening music while walking..and it's more effective...try it...it's cool

rave700 ...i'd better encourage them to enter college rather than battling in a war...it's very difficult to see your child being on a war risking his/her own life...however i wouldn't insist what i want, i would just like them to know that as a parent i wouldn't like...

rave700 ...i do agree with that although i still consider their advice as my guide perhaps while taking my own actions...and at point of arguing i do still give them due respect because they're still my parents and i know their decision(s)was for my own good...
