redmaryjane Nope. Nothing wrong with that. The trait to avoid is immaturity. The more you advance in age, the more you're supposed to feel more like yourself. "Being old" should NEVER be a reason to change. Being better should be the motivation :)

redmaryjane Extra weight does make one look older. Plus, the unhealthy bit about being overweight really does take a toll on our outward appearance. Also, a healthier lifestyle really does make one look and feel younger. How old do other people think you are? :)

redmaryjane I'd go with soy sauce. Although salt content is high in soy sauce, I guess it's bit more flavorful. I use a lot of pepper on my eggs and hardly any salt.
