Long Trip

I spent the holiday with my family who is quite far from me, after which I have to go a trip for work connections. I decided to travel by land and it takes me TWENTY NINE HOURS to get there !!! I was tired and very exhausted.......

I just went jogging and the wind was blowing hard - I sweated only a bit because it was cold and it was harder for my body to warm up. Then I noticed it...my nose was getting itchy! The cold air was making my nasal passage dry!...

rkrish Well oyenkai, if you are not clean then think off the consequences i could you would have struggle for breathing with the uncleaned noses... I suggest you keep on jogging if the air is not polluted just keep close your eyes and head thats it happy jogging and...

rkrish During outdoors, when i get symptons of Thunder or lighting , i just try to get a safe place say hotel/restratunt to keep me and my family protected and ifts indoor i just shut the doors and windows to avoid these dangerous natural harzdeous.
