rmhaseli Hi. When I get angry,I try to change my position. If you 're sat,stand up. If you 're stood,sit down. These help you to control your anger. Another suggestion,if you have some paper crumple it up,that helps you too.

rmhaseli I speak: 2 languages,well(Turkish+Farsi) 1 language,alittle(English) and I can listen and know Arabic but I can't speak Arabic. The only suitable way to improve your language skills is PRACTICING it.
