romania2 I think it is possible to get 95% off... but it would come with some conditions like buying something with the laptop (which would generally cost more) or the discount could be a raffle. The thing is, you don't get that sort of price without a "catch".

romania2 I like working with some noise in the background. I don't know, it keeps me alert. I usually keep the TV on in some non-distracting channel. Or I keep the radio on, playing piano or rock music. I find that I am more productive if I hear "busy" sounds.
