Which fruits are more healthy for the body

I have read some where that some fruits contain way too much sugar and may not be too good for the body.So what are those fruits that you believe are healthy enough for the body?

The Sunshine!! I think all the fruits are better than the other sugar loaded desserts we eat. each fruit comes with some benefits even if sugar content is high.

I just love to wear them because I always feel more comfortable with myself. It's almost like a sense of freedom (if you know what I mean ). The old clothes have some kind of magic (or something similar) in them, haha....

Geographically speaking, I terrible (you better never have to get lost with me, haha ). However, in the last case I still get better results with GPS than with a map. Make your choice and tell my why.
