shedii Paypal never puts any fees on personal accounts but it charges some fees for receiving money into premium account. So it is possible that you had choosen premium account while signing up at paypal. Many people do this without knowing about the fees so first...

shedii The number on your star is 6, not 3. And, 6 isn't low for a beginner. Infact its quite a good start. You can increase the number on your star by starting & responding to quality discussions and avoiding one liners. Always try to make your posts of 3-5 or more...
