Anna Stay outside in the sun for at least 15 minutes a day, it's the best way to get back the vitamin D we need. Good luck.

Shavkat @Sherinl I agree that the localized pain is unbearable. Physiotherapist can administer the TENS to alleviate from pain as temporary while waiting for the surgery.
