i work during the night (graveyard) and so therefore i have to sleeping during the day...no matter how much i sleep it just never feels as if i got enough sleep???? why is this????

sid453426 i too work in the night shift.sleeping during the day is not the same as sleeping during the night. there are lots of disturbances. u can never take a good sleep during day time.
