soughtseven1035 I had the link for the contact forum. You basically just need to wait until the servers get up and running again. Hopefully they give an explanation and can avoid this in the future. I have a feeling they will come back sometime tonight.

I am training for a half marathon and I need to eat better. I cut out most of the sugary drinks and fast food. I eat a lot of veges and fruits but how much is too much.

soughtseven1035 Balanced diet is what it's all about. I get a little bit of everything each day. Hopefully I am doing good enough. I try not to eat too many fruits though because it usually upsets my stomach for some reason.
