soughtseven1035 This is hard for me as well. I tend to overdo it and just create more injury because my mileage isn't what it should be. I listen to music and just keep thinking positively and that helps me get my mileage back up. Be smart about it.

soughtseven1035 Parents and children will never be exactly alike. Keep it in your room if they do not like it. Having a nice calming pet as a turtle is very easy on the nerves and calms you and eases unnecessary stress in your life and you will be much happier.

soughtseven1035 I only use an alarm clock when I NEED to get up for something. Other nights I just go to sleep around 10 or 11 and wake up at 9 or 10 every morning. I don't like the shock either.
