Linda Mansfield (Snowdrop) Thankfully we don't get poisonous snakes in the UK. We might see the odd grass snake but our climate is not right for them. Some people keep them in a tank as pets though.

Linda Mansfield (Snowdrop) We do get some flooding in England but not in the area I live. Some people have had to evacuate their homes and lost all their possessions in some years; a few lost their lives. Not this year fortunately as we haven't had so much rain.
