Why is it hard to say "No"?

I find difficulty saying No to people who often asked me for favor. However, I cannot do everything at a time. I cannot be at the same place at a time. Have you experienced the same? Or is it easy for you to say "No"?

sundaesoda i think it will still depend on your priorities. If you can do with a smaller salary (i.e enough to pay your bills) then transferring is just fine,as long as it makes you happier. but if you need higher salary, then I guess you have to change your mindset...

sundaesoda yes i heard brisk walking is really good. oh im getting some fat on other parts too but not as noticeable as with my tummy. so much for sitting in front of pc the whole day :)

sundaesoda no i cant. I can skip eating rice in one meal, like replacing with bread or pasta, but to completely avoid rice, that's impossible for me :)
