Why do money changers don't accept foreign currency coins?

My foreign currency coins are beginning to pile up. I can't exchange them through our money changers. Do banks accept them? I don't think there are any BSP circulars that say we can't exchange foreign currency coins.

tanyamean At night I open my inbox and delete quotes.I don't have problems with inbox storage since my phone saves it in phone memory the thing is when you have a lot of stored messages it sometimes slows down when you open your inbox new messages.
