TenzhoLee I think you dig you ear too frequently and cause the ear drum to damage. Last time I used to dig my ear due to itchiness, the more I dig, the more itchy it gets. So the best solution is try to endure it as much as you can.

TenzhoLee Of course is it something that we can learn. Even if you are born with a good handwriting, your handwriting will eventually get worse if you did not write for a long time. Im sure there are a lot of handwriting tutorial/guide on the internet.
