thedirtydiva Find something to distract you. Try to understand why you're "hungry..." Thirst is often mistaken for hunger. If you've gone through a lot of changes mentally or physically try to pull yourself back and understand what and where these changes are coming from....

thedirtydiva That's a good question. As a performer, I have to say I am most likely to show weakness when I am not prepared for a particular performance. The nerves get the best of me. Now when I have the show down, there's nothing that's going to stop me.
