tmcaligiuri Tip for the service not the quality of the food. The waitress is the one receiving the tip, not the cook. The waitress can't help it if you don't like the food. I would still tip the same, but I would not go back to the restaurant.

tmcaligiuri Thanks for your insight. It helps to hear of the differences in children's progress. His doctor has set goals for him and his visit is in one month. I am not sure what will happen if he hasn't reached those goals.
