triggerfish I understand the feeling. I have cats who are quite affectionate as well. The only good thing about them is that they're not very needy and i don't have to keep an eye on them all the time.

What exactly does perming your hair mean? From what i heard its making your hair curly with chemicals! Can a person with relaxed hair perm it to make it curly?

triggerfish You should also consider if curls suit you... the safest thing to do would be to invest in a curling iron and trying it out on your hair first instead of distressing it with unecessary chemicals.

triggerfish Have you tried talking to your family? It might help if you found out exactly why they hate him and also find out if your boyfriend would be willing to prove them wrong. If he loves you enough he should do everything just to be with you
