viet129 It is possible for an Internet provider to do that but only if there are limits on the kind of service you have. I download lots of movies and software but don't have any limits set. If there were, I would change to a different Internet provider.

viet129 Rapidshare is by far the best. Even as a free user, the download speeds are very good, far better than torrents. So I would advise you to use them. :-)
