I know it's a morbid subject, but it's a subject everyone of us will have to deal with. Lives are not guaranteed and it's not that we can sit back at any age young or old and think it's not an issue.
If I die, I have no...

If a stranger came to your door and asked to use your phone because his/her car broke down, would you invite them inside to wait for a tow, or make them wait outside?

Tomorrow we will be venturing off to the mall. We have little funds to buy anything with so it will just be a window shopping venture. I do love to browse the shops. Now I am not 100% sure that I will be able to keep myself...

Does the weather outside affect your mood and how you feel? I know it does for me. When it is sunny outside I usually feel great and am in such a great mood. When it rains for many days I get irritable.
I remember there was...

My favorite color is purple. Now I only have to articles of clothing, not counting unmentionables, that are purple. Most of my clothing is black. I find that black goes with most anything. So, my skirts and slacks are black....

Someone finally said it!
I have been reading alot about racism and I am fed up with all of the negative sterotypes of the white race. I know that I am going to get flamed for this before people even read this to the end but...

virtuouswmn I feel that it is perfectly ok for every race to love and appreciate the accomplishments of that race. Noone no matter what race they are should hate or degrade another race. There are bad seeds in every race and there is nothing that we can do about that. We...

I'm sick of the term "African-American". If you were an AA, you would actually need to be born IN AFRICA.
Unless you have dual citizenship, or if you were not born in Africa, you are NOT an African-American. Maybe an American...

virtuouswmn I think that it's a term that came about from history and I personally don't have a problem being called an african american since all black people have a lineage of africans somewhere in there blood. If a white man with a jewish background was born in America...

I was in a sorority in college. I only stayed in it for 2 years. At first it was great because I met a handful of really great girls who I am still very close with. The other girls... well, let's just say I'm not missing them...

I've been invited into this sorority. Well, I think they're a bunch of great girls... But from what I've heard, when you join a sorority, the members have to beat you up, torture and humiliate you first.. Is it worth joining a...

virtuouswmn lol.. I don't mean to laugh at your situation, but stereotypes are a hell of a thing. Being a memember of a sorority myself I'm going to tell you that it shouldn't happen the way you think that it will. I am sure that there will be a challenging intake...

First kisses are usually very memorable. Can you still remember yours and who it was with? Can you explain your feelings when you were first kissed?

Why or why not? Personally, I will - I just plain do not trust the courts, and I think alimony is a crock of deuce. Not that I ever plan to get divorced, and nobody plans to get divorced, but it's good to be safe, ya know?
