vkakochu From my experience,I want to share something Do daily exercise. Go for swimming Play badminton 2 -3 times a week. Control your diet and at last go to a gym.

vkakochu The best way to get more referrals is to make a blog and post your referral link there.Use promoting words to describe mylot.Another way is to use the referral link as signature in forums.It can give you more referrals.Last is spam your referral link.

vkakochu We can talk in cell phones during thunderstorm.We are not hit by it.In cellphones radiowaves are used for transmitting info.It does not conduct electric current and we not get hit by lightening.
