Do you get enough water a day?

I recently found out that you need to drink 6-8 cups of water a day to have the recomended amount of water...and if you have a pop/coffe you'de have to drink an extra 8 ounces to flush that out of your system..has anyone else...

Rollover, playdead etc. As for me My dogs can sit, rollover and fetch my neighbors dog will stand on its hind legs and you can "dance" with it a bit-its a golden retriever...yea I'll work on teaching them more, maybe I can get...
