I'm hoping someone on my lot likes these little guys too. Rats as pets are so sweet! And smart. They can be trained to come to their names and do tricks. I had some but had to give them up. Are they good pets for a 5 year old?...

Willowanderer ugh no, I cna't stand rats at all. But I know lots of people who have had pet rats and think they're wonderful. And they are nicer than say, ferrets. As for your daughter, you shoudl ask her. It sounds like you're looking for a caged pet.

Willowanderer cremation. YOu can intur the ashes if you want, to give relitives a place to visit, but honestly, the idea of embalming TERRIFYS me, and I'd rather burn.
