808nala Did you try calling your bank? Maybe they can verify it's you by asking you questions. I've changed my PIN over the phone in the past. I haven't had to do it for quite some time, but I know I've done it. Call your bank and ask what your options are.

808nala I'm originally from Hawaii and everyone there says that phrase. You hear it everyday there. I thought it was a "Hawaii" saying, but I guess they say it in China as well. I find that very interesting.
