Abhinavmishra19 Depends on the kind of work you do and the diet you take. If you take a good diet and don't have to many physically challenging things to do, i think you are fine. If NOT, you might need more sleep.

sometimes our necessary files are deleted from pc for our inconvenience. i use professional recovery soft to recover my documents which is very much handy.

Abhinavmishra19 Correctly answered by most, you have to find a file un-deleting software. And there are lots, but the problem is, you cannot be sure whether they will bring back the file that you want. Anyway, ou can no doubt give it a shot.
