In summer one must consume more that 7 liters of water on daily basis due to de hyderation on can fall sick , It better to make some alternate arrangements like taking water bottle, umbrella etc ...

Amigo523 here in summer the temperature rises to 47 deg centigrade and normal intake of water is around 6 to 7 liters per day..ZIt may vary from place to place.. But usually water intake more than 5 liters is very good for health..

Amigo523 I have my school,college,office friends ..I keep in touch with them by orkut scraps..some times i see their photos.but i miss my friends very much. I believe in meeting personnaly with them.............
