Anduts Big or small, a lie is still a lie. Lies hurt, a lot ! I always try to tell the truth, even though I hurt other people.. Better hurt with truth, that make feel better with a lie. Sooner or later, it will come around.

Anduts First of all, give up on bread. You will get used to eat without bread. Before every meal, drink a glass of water mixed with a spoon of apple vinegar. In a couple of weeks you will lose some pounds.

Anduts Facebook is another way to socialize. I do that, I share on my personal page. When I don't feel like getting out of the house, I chat with my friends on facebook, keep in touch. Or when I'm not in town.. is a really great way to maintain relationships. :d
