I personally experience a lot of mood swings just listening to music.It takes me back to my old memories sometimes or makes me happy or sad and also makes me feel so romantic at times.Music can be such a stress reliever.

Dominic Hu you know sometimes when u get really depressed and got yourself listening to some sad songs. Feels more depressed but at the same time pretty addictive and couldn't get enough of it if you get what i mean!
