I don't know what kind of preparation i should take before 21st of February, i will be testifying in court, i cant imagine I'm sitting in the witness stand.. very strange feeling.. this is my first time..( good luck to me! )

crimsonladybug I try to start out with the idea of a plot but mostly I just sit down and start writing and hope the story will flesh itself on its own. I've tried doing plot maps, outlines, brainstorming, and I always end up abandoning it halfway through.

LaurenInLA I write mystery novels and I never plot the first time around. I let my imagination take me where it will. When I'm doing my second draft, I plug up holes, plant red herrings and look for interesting subplots that can be further developed.

sanijas83 Writing in summer months might be easier because I can get a lot of inspiration from the beautiful nature. I can take my laptop to the summer house and write about things that have impressed me.
