How do you mend a broken heart?

I have gone through some rough times here lately, and it has left me heartbroken and feeling hopeless. I just don't know if there is any way to get out of this hole I feel I am in, any suggestions?

FSCAries Yes, I agree. I love yoga especially since it helps out with the body image part. It feels good to be long and lean.

Do you have any comfort foods?

Sometimes, when people are depressed or unhappy, they gravitate towards certain foods that seem to make them feel better. Mine would probably have to be a Reese's Cup Blizzard from DQ. Does anyone else have any comfort foods?

How hard/easy do you think it would be to start over?

Sometimes I just feel like getting up and taking the bare minumum of things I need to survive and just leaving. I just want to run away and start fresh somewhere else. How hard do you think it would be to start your life over?

FSCAries Thanks, I've been on anti-depressants before and they don't really seem to help, plus I don't really want to be popping pills for the rest of my life, but I need to do something. Thanks for your response.
