Ina926 I have that recipe too. I like to add a pinch of vanilla and instead of 1 c. sugar, I use 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 c. of brown sugar. You can also add 1 cup of oats or 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Enjoy

Ina926 i think that I would also like to travel, I have lived in Texas all my life and the times we have traveled, it was to Corpus Christi, Houston, or San Antonio. I have never been outside of Texas before. I really would like to visit out of my state.

Does tilapia fry well? What is the best way to go about frying it. I am thinking I want fish bits rather than whole fillets, do I need them partially frozen to cut into bits? How do you get fish bits?

Ina926 If you can fry the fish with flour and it doesn't burn well then go for it, as for the frying part, just fry until the fish looks golden brown on both sides.
