Loner01 Okay, I'm sorry but I personally find this HYSTERICAL! Though that's probably because this same exact type thing happens to me all the time too. I think it's VERY annoying. But hey... sometimes you just have to put up with things.

Loner01 Use your defragger this will get rid of any bugs, but could take multiple hours. Then use your "DISK CLEANER". And then finally use ur control panel to delete any unwanted programs!!! :)

Do sit-ups really flatten your belly?

I've read some articles online and they're telling that doing "sit-ups to flatten you belly" is a myth-- they won't really flatten your belly.

Loner01 I'm not totally sure to be honest with you. But i have always heard that sit-ups actually just tone your belly. I don't think they necessarily "FLATTEN" your belly. But maybe I'm wrong. To be honest, I'm not all that totally sure!
