louievill I live in our own house and thank God I never had to pay rent, the only downside of owning your own house is here we need to pay real estate tax yearly that increases based on improvements made on the property like extensions and additions.

louievill @sol_cee I know, it's because of poverty, they make lots of children hoping the children would work for them or one would get lucky and work abroad and oblige them to support the whole family. Yes that is a wrong mindset, more children would be out of school.
