Should the US have nationwide health care?

Do you think the united states should provide health care for all of it's citizans? The health care would be paid for like it is now, but everyone pays in some and everyone gets the same coverage.

I have had migraines since I was 8 years old. I never knew what started them or how to cope with them and my foster parents just felt I was faking so they were no help. I spent the next 30 years suffering debilitating migraines....
