Metalchick @Jazzyb00 Sertraline was medication the doctor put me on but found it gave me a lot of strange nightmares. Much prefer the herbal and amino acid options.

I've recently signed up for a half marathon in April and really need to get race fit and lose a few pounds. However my motivation is lacking a bit lately so wondered how all you guys and gals keep motivated?

Metalchick Have completed a ten mile race about six years ago but am really not as fit as I was back then. Hopefully it will be ok though

There is a local gym that has a pickleball class on Monday. I used to go last year, but when it started to get hot, I went swimming instead. I need the exercise badly, but I have other things to do on Monday..and somehow I think...

Last year I lost 20 pounds and I have been faithful to keep the weight off. It's been great, really! However I fear that my weight might start to pile on once more because recently I have been snacking a lot! I try to drink water...

Metalchick Thanks I really need to shift this weight and fast...got a few special parties coming up so want to look and feel my best. Hope you manage to stop snacking ok...i'm sure your manage it....guess it's all down to willpower which I really struggle...

Mine does!:( It started when I had my braces. Now that my braces were removed, they still bleed everytime I brush! Gross, I know! I've been using the softest bristled brush I can find and they still bleed! I keep bleeding gums!...

Metalchick It may not be gum disease but if your teeth are healthy and your gums are bleeding it suggests it's a problem with the gums. Try flossing see if that helps.

Metalchick Not at all. By stipulating i'd charge interest and by having a written document I plan on deferring them from even taking me up on the offer so I am not put into that situation and if they do take me up on the offer they know where they stand to begin with....

Metalchick With my syndicate at work I always keep the same numbers but for extra tickets I buy if there's a rollover etc. then i'll usually get a lucky dip.

Wrigleys's Orbit chewing gum comes with the chemical which helps fight tooth decay as the package states.It is also sugar free.Some of the variety helps in tooth whitening as well!I am not a regular consumer of chewing gums. But...

Metalchick Yeah infact I only just used a tab of it after breakfast this morning. But one word of warning...don't leave the packet lying around too long try and use them within three of four days otherwise they tend to go soft and sticky...perhaps this is down to it...
