Ozarkgirl It depends on your illness. Also sleep does not always work for headaches. I have some real bad headaches and I can go to bed with a headache and then wake up many hours later with the same headache that is as bad as it was when I went to bed or worse.

Ozarkgirl I have adopted an animal, a kitten, from a animal shelter. I adopted Tigger, because my nickname is Tigger and I love Tigger and this cat was a long haired orange tabby cat that looked like Tigger to me and that is what we named him.
