PearlGrace I understand your job is important, but please don't forget that, in order to do your job you have to have your eyes. Hope you go to the doctor first thing tomorrow and get your retinal tear taken care of. The good news is that it can be fixed. Good luck.

PearlGrace Yes, we very much enjoyed seeing all the buildings and history there. I think Scotland is a magical place. All the people we met there were just lovely people also.

PearlGrace It's my understanding that some places in the US have actually banned the use of carp in beauty shops. I forget why. I think I would have tried it once just for fun, but now, I don't think I'll have that opportunity. Take care.

PearlGrace It's a great idea to buy newspapers and bring them back home. It does make a nice souvenir of the trip, doesn't it? It's fascinating to take a look at another culture and to see how they live. It is fun to listen in to see what you can learn about the locals.
