Felicia Kane It depends on the city, if it is somewhere like very populated cities, traffic is caused because there are so many people leaving at once and not enough roads to get to a places. But yes, traffic can be caused by one person depending on the situation.

Djhoanna li Yeah i agree Traffic is no juat because there are already tons of vehicles on the street. But people who doesnt have discipline also contribute a lot. I believe if drivers are all responsible and attentive there will be less traffic. You think so?

Timea Maybe there are more factors but yes usually one or two people can create a huge traffic problem.
