RealIolo Smoking is kind of dying out I think. In the states it is illegal to smoke in public places and most smokers want to quit. Plus, they tax it so hard. But yeah, I remember this being a tradition.

RealIolo Based on what I have always understood about ICs... as long as a reasonably dry environment can be maintained, the colder the better. Clearly it might not be fiscally feasible to keep the server at zero but as long as moisture problems are held in check it...

RealIolo We have five cats as well but all are fixed, this way population growth is no longer a problem. Having pets is a big responsibility and can be costly. I hope you are prepared to do the right thing.

RealIolo I never paid for anti-virus. I run AVG Free, Eusing registry cleaner and Spybot search and destroy. They are free and I have good confidence in them.

RealIolo I don't run it up as much anymore. But if I was going to run up an instant messanger it would be ICQ. Unlike all the other IM programs it isn't a resource hog.

RealIolo With my ISP you can have a static IP... if you are willing to pay extra. Otherwise, my IP is static as long as I keep the same connection with the modem. Anytime the modem retrains or otherwise has to reconnect to the switch I am reassigned a new IP address.
