ReshVal Yes it can. I have been abusing all sorts of drugs ever since 94. Therapy works best for those with poor mind control or motivation. A bit of medication for stop the craving and withdrawal symptoms does wonder too. But the best is family and friends support....

ReshVal I do too. Here's what you could do: drink a glass of warm milk either with honey or some grated nutmeg. Be careful with the amount of nutmeg though. Try half a teaspoon of it at first. Since it depends on how much your body can take. It has health benefits...
