How worried are you about this? Do you plan on getting the shot? There are alot of people in my community that have it. My sister's family has all had the swine flu. They actually havent gotten that sick.

XperImenT yeah swine flu isnt super deadly...its just a strong flu.. but it can be dangerous in people that have weak immune systems or have chronic diseases...but healthy people can expect to recover from it if it is monitored properly

XperImenT unfortunately, when it comes to health issues, fast and safe usually do not go in the same sentence...it sucks i know but its true...the only safe way of losing fat is a healthy diet and a lot of cardio exercises...there is no safe magic bullet..i wish there...

XperImenT haha finally an article that puts men as a winner..doesn't happen very often does it?? lol..although the sample size of this article is not very great so there is some room for skeptisim...maybe the results would be different in different states or different...

XperImenT there was a project a couple years ago in which some well known scientists challanged whoever that claims that he/she can bring out a ghost would get a lot of prize money...god know how many people tried to do it..it all turned out to be fake...

XperImenT oh i use skype everyday...either for chatting with my friends or doing video calls when i am out of the country to traveling or school. I can't imagine not being on skype for one day lol...love itttt

XperImenT well that really depends on the religious beliefs of a person...i personally am an agnostic so i have nothing to pray to lol..i just hope for the best lol sounds silly but that all i got to do in dire situations..just hope for the best cheers

XperImenT well if the back pain doesn't get better regardless if your position..it could be a muscle spasm..try a muscle relaxant and see if that helps at all the drug Robax would be an example hope that helped cheers

XperImenT as someone already mentioned, jump rope is an amazing cardio workout..whether indoors or outdoors its just a great cardio exercise which works your calves too..hightly recommended for anyone that wants to lose weight

XperImenT well depends what kinda exercise you're doing...i can't imagine a regular jog or run would increase your leg muscle mass that much...unless you are doing squats? lol..let me know what kinda exercises you are doing

XperImenT yeah green tea does speed up the metabolism but the main to factors are diet and exercise..unfortunately no shortcuts and all the pills and stuff you see on the market either don't work as promised or they have alot of side effects..
