a_motherstouch Hello Prasunsam :) I have not heard of the mustard oil and salt combo. Interesting. Does she have any other health benefits from it? I am trying to learn all I can about this and the best way to learn is from people who have tried it. Happy mylotting :)

a_motherstouch Hi GreenMoo :) Oil Pulling is swishing oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes, careful not to swallow any of it. when you spit it out it is white in color. It supposed to pull toxins out of your body and even cure diseases. Happy mylotting :)

a_motherstouch Hello Shia, I never heard of using olive oil or baking powder. But I have used cornstarch whenever my babies had a diaper rash. I cam imagine that the olive oil is healing and soothing , good to know :) Have a great day!
