I have just signed up for a site called Earn Part-Time Online Jobs. Does anyone know if it is a paying site? I wonder b/c it is free to sign-up and earn but the first payout will come solely from referrals.

achilles2010 They did not pay me even after I had as many as 15 referrals or more. You can hope only if you and all your referrals upgrade your profile, buy referral and they all click for you. The owner of the site must earn from you so that they are able to pay you.
