acturpt I think it's necessary to order a daily newspaper. It's true that we can find all the information we need online,but fact is,we only search for those news that we are intested in,that means the informations we get everyday are quite limited and narrow ranged....

acturpt eh...If you decide to jog everyday,then I suggest you NOT to chat while jogging,that won't do good to your health. I'm used to jogging alone,just take my MP3 player.I like listening to light music while jogging :D

acturpt I used to be a little fat and as you say,the flab is around the waist.In order to reduce it I did sit-ups,WITH a 35 pound weighted dumbbell putting on my chest.That's very hard,but really effective.
