Lose weight

ajeshmj This is good topic. Many of them do not thim=nk of these. i think our peoples are not satisfied by what they have. All have to think and get changed. Then only one can enjoy and be happy.

ajeshmj S i sometimes used to dream. Even i like dreaming a lot. Some times i used to see horror dreams. When we wake up in the morning then only we realize that it is just a dream and nothing else.

ajeshmj At least we should sleep for 6 hours. I usually goes to bed around 11 and wake up at 6 am. Sleeping is very much important for our health. Before going to bed we should read some good books. By reading good books we get nice sleep.
