arafin my father (66 years old) also a diabetic but he's doing fine. he maintains the routine. daily walking, no sugar (only diabetic sugar), fruits, sleeps, etc. hope you'll do fine too, if you maintain the routine.

arafin I know one person who got blind in one eye not because of lasik but the Doctor. He kept the laser on his eye longer than required and ultimately the damage caused. so, be careful and go to the most efficient doctot to do this.

arafin smoking is BAD and everybody knows it. a smoker while smoking make others to inhale the smoke and if u say no body is around then s/he's polluting the environment. We should BAN smoking in any open areas.
