breakingpots I don't spend my money on beer, mad dog wine, cigarettes, or gambling. I don't own a television of any kind, nor do I own a cellphone. I walk most places, unmless I get my nephew to take us to the doctor. And I'm still not rich.

breakingpots For me it comes through cutting out sweets and increasing exercise. I do more crunches. I need to get back to my yoga since it always makes me feel better in mind and body.

How do you feel when somebody spills something or breaks something?

breakingpots I have found that one of the greatest stress relievers I have is breaking stuff. I love breaking pottery, light bulbs, jars, and stuff like that. I don't know why, but it makes me feel good and calms me.
