ceciled8 if you want some healthy foods for the kids but ofcourse these kids will still look for some sweets, so i suggest go to an organic store where they have some great fruits and hams for sandwiches, and they also have some cookies and sweets that are organic

ceciled8 i actually agree, they say you should drink water before a meal so that you wont eat as much because you will already feel full after drinking. some also say to eat a fruit (an orange, an apple or something) just to make you feel full.
