CrispinoNena Yup, I think it was a normal. However, you will overcome this by everyday exercises. Maybe the same symptoms as of mind. I'm sure you're fat or a lot of cholesterol. If you don't mind, have a check-up with your doctor.

CrispinoNena a team of course, look social workers are working with a team. National Statistics Office is working with a team. And many offices is working with team, even me itself as a teachers we are working as a team...happy specially if we supporting each other.
